The core business of Heirloom & Co. is providing brokerage, management, and advisory services in estate properties, raw land, and commercial investments . Our client base includes high net worth private landowners and investors, their fiduciaries and attorneys. We also handle projects for land resource-based alternative asset hedge funds, and actively serve clients in the natural resource, energy and environmental sectors.

Heirloom & Co. draws from transactional and project experience across land asset categories including native ranch lands and sporting ranches, timberland, waterfront, coastal, river and wetland holdings; conservation properties, environmental assets, agricultural property and developable land.

Many of our assignments involve confidential, under-the-radar, controlled and targeted marketing of unique, important and often complex landholdings that have a limited buyer pool and risk overexposure and stigmatization with a conventional marketing approach. Some of our clients have inherited family lands and come to Heirloom & Co. as their problem solver and strategist for property disposition or partition interest.

Heirloom & Co. is an independent brokerage and advisor, and we serve as our clients’ fiduciaries and steadfast advocates. We can take the lead, directing complex, multi-faceted real estate transactions and projects, and coordinating best-of-class service providers to meet mission critical needs and objectives. Alternately, we can serve in a specific and limited transactional or advisory role, following the lead of your in-house staff, attorneys and other professionals who are in place and managing the process for you.

Heirloom & Co. territory focus is Central and South Texas, but also manages client projects throughout the US and internationally. Our company is based in historic downtown Fredericksburg, Texas and stems from hands on experience of 50+ years of acquiring, developing, and managing commercial, farm & ranch, conservation, and recreational/resort properties.
